    10. Video 3 - Fore arm and wrist focus routine 10 mins routine.

    11. Video 4 - Wrist and hands focus 15 mins class.

    12. Week 3 -

    13. Video 1 - 9mins routine focusing on wrists, forearms and shouders.

    14. Video 2 - 9 mins routine focusing on fingers.

    15. Video 3 - 9 mins routine focusing on upper body especially wrists ad forearms.

    16. Video 4 - 60 mins whole body trigger point release class with spiky balls.
