    3. Video 2 - Hip and spine class with mini ball - 30 mins.

    4. Video 2 - Find new hip range - wall and mini ball 40 mins class.

    5. Video 4 - Back, hips & sciatica problems - fit ball, mini ball and wall 50 mins class.

    6. Week 2

    7. Video 1 - Feet and ankle mobility 12 mins class.

    8. Video 2 - Healthy spine class with mini ball - 27 mins.

    9. Video 3 - Short, powerful core class - mini ball 7 mins routine.

    10. Video 4 - Lower body mobility, flexibility and strength 60 mins class.

    11. Week 3

    12. Video 1 - 40 mins lower back, sciatica and pelvic floor focus class.

    13. Video 2 - 20 mins continuation of the class 1.

    14. Video 3 - 8 mins feet mobility and strength class.

    15. Video 4 - 7 mins feet mobility and strength part 2.

    16. Video 5 - 55 mins back to balance spiky ball class.

    17. Week 4

    18. Video 1 - 25mins upper body strength with loop band.

    19. Video 2 - 15 mins lower body focused routine with loop band.

    20. Video 3 - 55mins elastic band class focusing on joints strength and mobility.
