    5. Video 2 - 56 mins core class with mini ball.

    6. Session 3 - Fascia spotlight!

    7. Video 3 - 40 mins fascia stretch and muscular strength class.

    8. Session 4 - Improve your hip range and strength.

    9. Video 4 - 56 mins hip strength and mobility class with a chair.

    10. Week 2

    11. Video 1 - 56mins core focus class with foam roller.

    12. Video 2 - 55 mins weights upper body focus class.

    13. Video 3 - 60 mins class focusing on lower body with yoga blocks.

    14. Week 3

    15. Video 1 - 40 mins magic circle and mini ball class part 1

    16. Video 2 - 20 mins magic circle and mini ball class part 2.

    17. Video 3 - 25 mins upper body conus class with loop band.

    18. Video 4 - mins back to balance spiky ball class.

    19. Week 4

    20. Video 1 - 15mins lower body routine with a loop band.

    21. Video 2 - 55mins feet, wrists and much more :) with an elastic band class

    22. Video 3 - 60mins own body weight and chair class.
